Toner Cartridge Recycling Made Easy
At AOS our team is dedicated to going green by implementing environmentally friendly business practices. We encourage our clients help us make an impact on the environment through toner cartridge recycling. Please help us as we continue to impact our local and surrounding communities by going green. Below are the steps for toner recycling for each of our manufacturers. For further assistance, you can contact our team at support@getaos.com or at (800) 346-6920.
Step 1: Request Recycling Kit
Request an ECO footPRINT toner recycling kit from your AOS Client Success Team at (800) 346-6920 or AOSClientSuccess@getaos.com. The Kit includes three: pre-addressed, pre-paid Kyocera cartridge collection/shipping boxes and clear plastic liners
Step 2: Package Recyclables
Place any Kyocera consumables in the bin for recycling including Kyocera Toner & Waste Containers. When it is full, seal the bag shut and tape the box closed.
Step 3: Ship Kit
To schedule free pick up from UPS go to ups.com and select “Schedule a Pickup” then “How do I schedule a one-time UPS pickup” followed by “UPS On-Call Pickup”. User ID and password are not required. Alternatively you can call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) and say “UPS Pickup”.
Step 4: Done
Your toner container will now be transformed into new useful products. With Kyocera 100% of every recycled toner container gets repurposed into items like pens, park benches, and even asphalt.
Step 1: Package it
Place the used cartridge in the bag from your new cartridge.
Step 2: Box it
Place the bag containing your used cartridge into the empty box from your new cartridge. Tape the box closed.
Step 3: Label it
Attach the return label included in the box or received from Lexmark.
Step 4: Ship it & Done
Place your cartridge for return pick up by the designated carrier.

Request a bulk recycling kit from your AOS Client Success Team at (800) 346-6920 or support@getaos.com. The Kit includes: pre-addressed, pre-paid Sharp cartridge collection/shipping boxes, clear plastic liners, and zip ties.
Step 2: Package Recyclables
Place any Sharp consumables in the bin for recycling. Everything that is consumable is accepted. This includes, but is not limited to cartridges, bottles, toner collection containers and drum units. When it is full, zip tie the bag shut and tape the box closed.
Step 3: Ship Kit
To schedule free pick up from FedEx go to fedex.com and select “Schedule a Pickup” then “Schedule a Ground Return Pickup”. User ID and password are not required. Alternatively you can call 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) and say “Ground Return Pickup”.
Step 4: Done
Your toner and other consumables will now be transformed into new useful products. With Sharp 100% of every recycled consumable is recycled with zero waste ending up in a landfill.
