AOS Technology Specialist

The Technology Specialist helps analyze the needs and environments of client’s and makes recommendations for software and hardware that will help benefit our clients and prospects.

Essential Functions of an AOS Support Representative:

  • Analyze needs and environments of prospects and current clients to make recommendations to improve efficiencies utilizing AOS’s solutions for software and hardware
  • Assist with installation of new software and hardware
  • Help troubleshoot help desk calls
  • Evaluate and learn new products in order to assess whether they would be beneficial to offer
  • Willingness to continuously update job knowledge by completing required training as directed
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Applicant Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen well
  • Unwavering work ethic
  • Punctual, Dependable and Trustworthy
  • Computer literacy
  • Self-confident and self-motivated
  • Desire to serve others well

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in setting up or maintaining a network infrastructure
  • Post high school degree or commensurate work experience
  • Previous experience within a help desk environment
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Sales Representative

Service Support Representative

Essential Functions of an AOS Support Representative:

  • Deliver unparalleled client service to our existing client base through professional and reliable service encounters and a “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Assist with deliveries, set-up and end-user training of copiers and printers
  • Assist in the warehouse with inventory, deliveries, organizing, receiving and maintaining all parts in the warehouse
  • Assist with toner and part deliveries
  • Willingness to continuously update job knowledge by completing required training as directed
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Applicant Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Chauffeurs license (cost will be covered for testing by AOS)
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen well

  • Mechanical & Technical Aptitude
  • Previous forklift experience a plus, training will be provided
  • Training or experience in computers and/or electronic repair
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Automotive or other mechanical repair experience
