Remote Support with Team Viewer
TeamViewer is a software package that allows American Office Solutions to remotely access Mac, PC and Linux users computers via internet and use this software for online meetings.
Remote support software (“TeamViewer”) has been or will be downloaded to your computer to allow a remote control session between American Office Solutions and a computer or computers on your network. By clicking “Windows” or “Mac OSx”, or by communicating your Partner ID to American Office Solutions you are authorizing American Office Solutions to connect to your computer and you understand that American Office Solutions will have full unrestricted access to gain access to this computer or computers on your network as well as their contents on your network. American Office Solutions will then be able to transfer files with or without additional authorization from you. If you are in any way unsure about the identity, technical ability or trustworthiness of American Office Solutions and do not wish American Office Solutions to have access to your computer, “DO NOT DOWNLOAD” or do not communicate the Session ID to American Office Solutions.
Personal data that may be transmitted or viewed by the American Office Solutions technician will not shared to any third-party companies. Your privacy is very important to American Office Solutions. Personal Data will only be used if and when it benefits the issue you have stated to American Office Solutions technician. TeamViewer works with a complete encryption based on RSA public/private key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding. This technology is used in a comparable form for https/SSL and can be considered completely safe by today’s standards. As the private key never leaves the client computer, it is ensured by this procedure that interconnected computers – including the TeamViewer routing servers – cannot decipher the data stream.
